Where to start
Two kinds of scan, one experienced team
The difference between our two service areas comes down to who requests the scan and what it is for. Medical imaging answers a clinical question your doctor has asked, and the report goes back to them. Pregnancy scans are booked by you, need no referral, and are about time with your baby.

What to expect when you visit
1. Book your appointment
Book online, call us or send an enquiry. For diagnostic imaging, have your referral handy so we can advise on preparation.
2. Prepare as advised
Some scans need fasting or a full bladder, others need nothing at all. We give you instructions specific to your scan when you book.
3. Your scan
Your sonographer explains each step as they go. You are welcome to ask questions at any point during the appointment.
4. Results or keepsakes
Diagnostic reports go directly to your referring doctor. Keepsake scans finish with your images, video and prints to take home.
