Use & disclosure
How we use and share it
Your enquiry is used to answer you and to arrange your appointment. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for any purpose unrelated to your enquiry.
Answering your enquiry
Your enquiry is emailed to the team that manages enquiries for UBM Scans and recorded in the lead management system run by our digital agency, Evosion, so nothing is missed. Evosion handles it only on our instructions.
No tracking on this site
This website loads no analytics, advertising or social media tracking scripts and sets no tracking cookies. Our contact page embeds a Google Map, so opening it loads content from Google under Google’s own privacy policy.
When the law requires it
We may disclose personal information where we are required or authorised to do so by law. Outside that, it stays between you and UBM Scans.
Your rights
Security, access and correction
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your enquiry.
Keeping your information secure
This website is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and the enquiry form is protected by automated spam and abuse controls.
No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect the information you send us from misuse, loss and unauthorised access.
Making a request or a complaint
To ask for access or correction, or to raise a privacy concern, email info@ubmscans.com.au or call 0423 550 063. We will respond within a reasonable period.
